  2. Generated Content: The prewedding photos generated by the AI belong to the user. Users have the right to use, share, and even commercially exploit the generated content.

2. Content Guidelines

  1. Explicit Content: Users are prohibited from uploading explicit, adult, or offensive content. The generation of explicit content by the AI is beyond our control, but users are encouraged to report any such instances.

  2. User Responsibility: Users must use DreamPreweddingAI with their own discretion and are responsible for the content they upload and generate using the service. Users must not upload photos of other people without their acknowledgment and consent. The user is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions. Violation of this provision will result in account termination.

3. Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service being automated and machine-driven, we do not offer refunds. Users acknowledge that they are aware of the automated process and the absence of human involvement in generating photos.

4. Compliance with Laws

  1. Indonesian Law: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, especially those of Indonesia, where DreamPreweddingAI is based. Any legal conflicts will be addressed in accordance with Indonesian law.

5. Account Termination

  1. Violation of Terms: DreamPreweddingAI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms of service. This includes but is not limited to the uploading of explicit content, misuse of the service, or any other breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
